We are pioneering trials for production systems in Ireland since March 2020. Our goal is to be a reference in Syntropic Agroforestry systems in the country.


















Introductory Course September 21

What is Syntropic Agroforestry?

First planting in 2020 was a A Fruit and Nut Forest – Hazelnut, Japanese Walnut, Apple and Plums. Along with them, were planted together to for the Placenta: Radishes, Carrots, Onions, Kale, Broadbeans, Spinach, Strawberries, Potatoes, Confrey. Little Video on It Here

Secundaries: Ribis – Black and Red Currants, Gooseberries, Jostaberries. Rubus – Raspberries. Tree Lupin

Primaries: Alder, Lombardi Poplar, Willow and Elder. Some Oaks, Chestnuts and other bits in there too.

2021 – in April we expanded the same 2020 system adding 7 more lines of 30 meters each.

September 2021 during our first Syntropic Course we established an area for permanent vegetable production and also a Apple and Hazelnut area.
